Background story: In this distant future of 2100s, humans have become a minority and a new race of hybrid humans now walk on earth. These hybrids are genetically created humans with their genes mixed with genes of different creatures, enabling them to use their characteristics and powers. Nero is a bird hybrid containing genes of various birds like ostrich, eagle, falcon etc. He is immune to poisons and his eyes can change into eagle like eyes which allows him very sharp eye sight and he has sharp hearing. His father ran off when he was young and his mother died of drug overdose when he was 15. He then took up the job of male stripper before the government found his skills useful and recruited him as a police officer.

He's very devious and lewd and likes to strip but only in bars and clubs despite being a police officer. He like to lean against his axe as shown in the pic. He likes to "punish" his prey that are the criminals he catches. He's into bondage and stuff
